 Essential Guitar: 33 Guitar Masterpieces $11.98 I fell in love with Recuerdos de la Alhambra from another CD I own and wanted more music along the same lines. This 2 disc set more than met my expectations.  The Essential 3.0 Michael Jackson (Eco-Friendly Packaging) $24.98 I purchased this item for my son. He saved his allowance and was excited about receiving the CD. The confirmation stated this item could arrive anytime between Oct. 22- Nov. 4th, 2009. My son anxiously checked the mailbox each day, but it never arrived. On Nov. 5th, I emailed the provider that the CD never arrived. The next day or so he emailed me the USPS tracking number. I called the Post Office and gave the agent all the info and she was to contact the Tampa post office where the tracking ended & they could call me back. I had a msg on my machine and so I called back several times till I finally reached the USPS worker on the case. He said he searched and it was not in Clearwater or Tampa. I emailed the provider back, explaining the follow up procedures I followed (and I am the customer-why didn't he call?) and that I won't pay for something I never received. He emailed me back encouraging me to call the post office again to urge them to search the Tampa post office again. (Again, I am the customer-I work all week at a job where I can't make calls out) I don't blame the provider for the loss-- unfortunately, this one is on the USPS. But it does make me reluctant to order thru Amazon again. My son was tremendously disappointed, but alas, his father came thru and purchased the CD at a Target store- locally, no wait involved.  The Essential Michael Jackson $15.93 This CD is Awesome! It has all the great hits by Michael on it and a few I had forgotten about. It keeps you jamming even when you are sitting in traffic. The best collection by far!  Essential Leonard Cohen $15.93 This CD came in fast and in condition that was listed. I am impressed on the speed. |
