![]() OhGizmo! $0.01 What you see is what you get with this one. I've been reading it on the Kindle DX and the articles come off almost exactly as if you were reading the actual blog on the web. The pictures are translated well on the DX and the full articles come through (even though on some of the articles on the website, you need to click through to expand them). You get approximately 10 articles at a time that are short but well written. The front page of OhGizmo! plus or minus 1 or 2 articles is generally what is sent to the Kindle. These range from critiques on the newest gadgets, making fun of ridiculous new gadgets (they have a short article making fun of a strange looking new remote from Monster right now), and articles on deals and recent tech news. Many of the gadgets they write about tend to be fairly outlandish and stuff you wouldn't always see on other blogs. It's nice reading, but I give it only four stars due to the limited number of articles. With such short snippets about each entry, there should really be more at one time. It's very easy to get through the entire collection of entries in a few minutes and doesn't seem to be updated as frequently as some of the other blogs I have tried out. ![]() Gizmodo $0.01 I tried TechCrunch, it was way too Serious, it is for Serious Business types, I prefer this blog from Gizmodo on my Kindle, it has great, interesting articles about tech that I am interested in. ( I cancelled the TechCrunch Blog free trial and am keeping this one. ) |
