My comment on season 1 mostly tried to relate to technical aspects. This is part of a collection made on DVD -R, said to be incompatible with some players, it seemed sense to write of my experiences.

Season 2 following on from season 1 and giving the last part of their grade 7 experience. The actors are all more experienced, the scripts feel more secure. I can like season 2 more than season 1. Wow, her singing even improves a bit, though I could find it interesting as it was in season 1.

The very last episode, start of summer holidays, is wide screen letterboxed in 4x3. As a minus it has fewer really good bits, my view.

At first I thought that my third disk had a flaw and Amazon did send me a replacement, but now it seems to be a flaw that is there intentionally. Episode 2-13, Last Day Of 7th Grade, Addie is singing a song about her love, then after the scene setting first part of the song there is what is a very realistic DVD flaw that masks out the middle bit of the song. Sense seemed to be to try to get a DVD that includes the middle part of the song but that now seems to be nonsense.

Soon the action is centred on the last day before the summer holidays. She messes up badly, chickens out and does not declare her interest. Her intended actions have been blotted out. The next episode as a lot of work to try to undo the damage, Addie hoping for another chance at Jake.

Such a deliberate flaw is not so uncommon these days, but when it gets a disk purchaser hoping to get an unflawed replacement disk then I hope that Amazon might consider getting a bit of wording put onto the disk and in the menu, that there is a short flaw in that episode. So, with wording like that would some wannabe customers be hoping for a price reduction? This is a not uncommon scripting technique and this shows that there are problems that stem from that technique.

Further, What happened to Addie is a real world thing, the underclasses tend to get knocked into near permanent big babyhood due to that sort of thing? In TV series, Zoey and the rest of that cast have blatant lingering trouble from that? I found season 4 of Zoey interesting.

What to me is a bigger difficulty. Trying to obtain season 3 of Zoey 101. The customer comments show that some have had difficulties in obtaining these from Europe. Me too. I note that this item tends to be listed as In Stock but with me it never gets around to actually being sent.

My guess is that this relates to civil rights re goods and services not always being seen to be valid for those who do not pass the test. I was rather surprised that many disks that I have ordered via such as Amazon UK have actually arrived. With an episode of Zoey season 3 having been included with the NTSC season 1 set, Quinn inventing a plague, I know that there are some really nice bits to season 3. Actual access is a problem. I would assume that many will not be affected by this, that those who are know of this sort of thing from previous experiences.

My daughter (10) had asked to purchase this after viewing it at a friend's house, but she has only watched it once. Many, many better movies for children available for purchase.

Girl... Try to sing next time and not to scratch my ears. She has got no voice. Nowadays every actor/actress make music like they have talent for it. But I kinda liked the songs "Say Goodbye to Jr.High", "Dummy", "I Have Arrived" & "I Wanna Be". But seriously the lyrics are hilariously awful. I mean they are very NOT meaningful! Well, I'm sorry that she had braces but a person shouldn't sing 'bout their braces. I mean that is disgusting people. Please DO NOT waste your money on this silly album. If you liked just a few songs don't make the mistake I did and buy the whole album. Just buy the MP3 versions. This album made me understand why she is UNFABULOUS.
