This book as well as the one by Dr. Reilly give great info from Edgar Casey's readings. I think the Reilly book has more info than this one.

I am currently using castor oil packs on my abdomen for a health problem. With a little thought, you can minimize the oily mess and use the packs pretty easily.

I find that using a wide plastic bubble wrap over the wool flannel with a beach towel pinned over the bubble wrap keeps the oil pretty well contained.

I love all of Edgar Cayce's work & this one's no exception.
The author is very good at giving us lots of real Cayce stuff with helpful tidbits where needed to make sense of some of Cayce's language where needed.
It was also recommended to me personally as a Great Read by a graduate from Edgar Cayce's Foundation in Virginia.
The size of the book is also right & so is its price.
