Delivery prompt, product is as advertised. It is identical except for case color to one I bought from Klingspor about 2 yre. ago. It failed internally. I really don't expect more than 18 mo. to two years of service from it. I think the first is repairable buy since the mfg. is China there is no source for parts that I know of. At it's price I can buy one every two years and still get 10-12 years of service versus a "name" brand. Bottom line is don't expect it to last more than 2 years as a moderate user. For example I use mine 1-2 times per month. Not very good is it?

I cannot get this to work on my computer. I gave it 5 stars because I think the show is clever, witty, interesting, compelling and completely worth getting and watching. However, no matter what I do I cannot watch the episode. I'm very glad I only ordered one episode at a time since I am basically out the $2. Just order one episode at a time to make sure it will work on your system.
