Like most people, the first time I tasted Dale's it was the marinade for a steak - heaven! My mother bought me my first bottle and now I can't live without it. It is extremely versatile and can be added to just about any beef recipe with great effect. Pot roasts, meat loaf, meat balls, hamburgers... you get the idea! You won't want to use a lot of it all the time, other wise everything you make will taste the same - but it does compliment other spices and flavors very well so a few well placed drops can really make the difference in soups, chili, casseroles - just about anywhere you use beef.
