Dont get it twisted. I did like Mississippi The Album but Baptized In Dirty Water was kind of weak. This album is a little bit better than that album. As usual, David Banner has his crunk joints like Gangsta Walk(feat Three 6 Mafia and 8-Ball & MJG) Treat Me Like(featuring a subpar appearance by Jadakiss),On Everything(feat Twista) etc. Only Gangsta Walk and On Everything are worth mentioning. He has his joints for the ladies like Thinking About You(feat Case), F*****(feat Jazze Pha) and Play. Only Thinking About You and F***** are worthy of mention. Play sucks and it sounds like a cheap knockoff of Ying Yang Twins' Wait. The title track Certified feat Marcus is good. BG teams up with DB on the hard edged Bloody War. And despite what you brokeback moutaineers think, Ridin feat Dead Prez and Talib Kweli is a dope match up. There are tracks that could have been left off though. Lost Ones is weak, Play stinks, Treat Me Like sounds like it was done on the spot(plus Lil Jon's beats are becoming too predictable), 2 Fingers(feat Jagged Edge) sounds like J-Kwon's Tipsy. His tribute to the west coast, Westside is lukewarm and Take Your(feat Too Short and Bun B) is flat out stupid. Aint Got Nothing(feat Lil Boosie and Majic)is boring. Despite these flaws, this stands out as David Banner's best work to date until he makes otherwise. Another thing is that David Banner should have more songs like Ridin on this album and less songs like Play, Treat Me Like, 2 Fingers etc. Standout tracks:GANGSTA WALK, ON EVERYTHING, MY LIFE ,CERTIFIED, BLOODY WAR, RIDIN, X-ED and CROSSROADS.

man i was tricked. I have heard David Banner as a guest on so many records and his lyrics and style is hot. I heard the song cadillac on 22's and was like "oh no dude is the truth" so i got this cd. i hate it. A lot of unnecessary cursing and lyrics that don't make sense. Talking about God and in the same breath cursing up a storm a severe waste of my money.
