 The Collard Patch $22.97 Receipes look good but I haven't tried them yet. I would have to have time and effort to go purchase many items for complex entrees. The simple ones were already known to me. I can't believe an entire book is devoted to Collards. I do buy many bags of frozen already cut collards now to keep on hand.  Georgia Southern Collards 100 Seeds $0.79 A southern favorite that is high in calcium. Tender, blue-green leaves that will withstand light frost. The mild cabbage-like flavor actually improves with a light frost. Plant in spring and again in late summer for a fall to winter harvest.
