This book opened my eyes to a lot of the problems facing the average American today. Chuck Norris did his research well and presented a valid argument and solution to the issues of today's society. I thought the solutions presented by Norris were very reasonable and his argument about today's youth and education was very intriguing.

My gripes with this book are the frequent endorsements for 2008 presidential candidate Mike Huckabee and for Norris' previous work, "Against All Odds." This book almost has a preachy attitude which gets more and more annoying as you read on. I was not looking for entertainment by any means when I picked up this book, but I was expecting a little... well... more.

If you can look past the preachy attitude and the sales pitch for Huckabee and his previous book, this is a great read, however those two drawbacks were enough for me to rate this book 3 stars.
