I really enjoyed Dark Mirror. It's not your typical scary movie, but that's what makes it so good. The story grips you right from the beginning and never lets you go. It's a very spooky, suspenseful thrill ride that kept me so off balance I didn't see the very clever plot twist at the end of the film coming. The direction is superb as are the performances. Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy. However, I would recommend NOT watching this one alone!

Good story but video quality was substandard even for VHS standards. Unfortunately was not able to find this movie on DVD so had to settle for VHS. The story was good enough that we wanted to take a chance. Video quality was very disappointing.

I have 1300 movies and this is in my top 50. I am not a "kiddie", but 34. I cant believe the bad rap this movie gets from the critics on here. I suppose you do have to like the type of humor in it. I mean the wholesome mother that starts drinking nighty night (NyQuil) to take the edge off of her adopted son becoming the porn king. The loser friend that comes with is great. I know its tacky but it had me in tears and rewinding scenes. I dont want to try and explain some funny scenes because you really have to see them. You couldnt take my copy away!
