I ordered this for my mother's Mothers' Day gift. She loves good chocolate, and shares my disillusionment with Godiva. This chocolate is wonderful! I tried the milk chocolate, and found it to have a full chocolate flavor with the slight creaminess I love in milk chocolate. My mother tried the Sao Tome, and pronounced it "excellent". We will buy this again.

I am probably just a dummy, but the first three I tried to unwrap and eat ended up splashed all over my shirt and desk. I soon discoverd that the little bottles must be carefully unwrapped with tenderness lest they crack open and spill the goods. Just like peeling and eating boiled shrimp, a lot of work for a little bit of prize.

I very carefully peel the foil from the bottom to the neck. Once the foil reaches the start of the neck I bite off the exposed bottle part leaving just the wrapped bottle neck. While enjoying the treat I peel the remaining foil from the "shrimp tail" and eat that too.

Very tasty semi-sweet chocolate, with nice little shot of liqueur mixed with a sweet blend of sugary creme. Since they can't all be gobbled down at once, they seem to be more special and exotic.

The shipping process kept all but 2-3 of the bottles intact, with the exceptions having a bit of liquid seeping out (not much at all, just a bit sticky.) I placed the box in the fridge for 24hrs when received to firm up the bottles. The included box is okay, nothing fancy, purely functional.
