WoW WOTLK Cataclysm $39.99 Guide was mailed on a CD in a timely manner. Initial mailing went to an incorrect address and the sender remailed as well as emailed. Good customer service. When I initially received the guide however, did not recognize that this was the product as came in an unmarked disc mailer, with no identifying information. The disc was also unmarked, just an off the shelf CD-R. Disc sat on the desk until I could have it checked on a test machine for virus as really, who will just put an unmarked CD that comes in the mail in an unmarked envelope into their computer without at least wondering if someone is trying to punk them into loading a virus? Hopefully the "publisher" will start labeling. Additionally, for almost twenty bucks, the publisher could at least use a lightscribe disc (that would make adding a lable easier). The three stars is because of the poor professionalism of the product. I browsed a few files and found that it appears well organized. Within five minutes had learned something that I'd not known or thought of after three years of playing WOW. Hopefully, that is indicative of the rest of the guide. Once I work through the guide, will update the review with experential insight.
