![]() Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo - Get Celebrity Fit - Cardio $14.98 I've been a fan of Billy Blanks workouts in the past and thought to give this a try. The workout is good; you will break a sweat and will have to take breaks to sip water. The workout is about 40 minutes which is just right for me. Good for beginners, as he has a separate section dedicated to the standard moves. He mixes in a lot of basic moves from his "early "Taebo" days. However some of the combination moves are awkward to master; it will take several workouts to get the hang of things. When I did the workout the first time I thought, 'Billy must me running out of stuff to do,' just because some of the moves are so silly and have an awkward transition. You will need a good amount of floor space to master the moves freely. I found this video to be boring after about a month. I will agree with other users who said that Billy has too much down time demonstrating the next combo move (therefore slowing the ideal cardio heart rate). This maybe petty, but some of the people in the workout are annoying to watch as well. His daughter yells and she pulls down her hot shorts that ride up (couldn't she wear pants or capris instead?). There is also another lady right behind Billy that is overly enthusiastic, bounces way too much, and punches dramatically with sloppy form. ![]() Hairspray Amber Von Tussie $13.99 This is the doll for the Amber Von Tussle character on Hairspray. She's very pretty and although she doesn't really look like Brittany Snow, it's very good to put on display. I wish they made dolls out of the other characters like Velma but they never did. It's a great addition for any doll collector! ![]() "Celebrity Fit Club" Weight Loss Programme $1.46 Join Anne Widdecombe, Jono Coleman, Ian McCaskill, Nicola Duffett, Kay Purcell, Rik Waller and Coleen Nolan in their six month quest to lose weight; Simultaneously watch the results on ITV1 as the Celebrity Fitness Clinic is broadcast, and watch which of the celebrities stick to the rules and who succumbs to the lure of temptation; The Fitness Clinic is based on a three-pronged attack: The motivation to become healthier and fitter Eating healthy, appetising and satisfying food Becoming more active; Take seven celebrities, give them the undivided attention of three weight loss experts, six months and a camera crew and wait for the results.
