 Just for Laughs - Gags, Vol. 2 $14.99 I discovered this show when I arrived in the UK a few years ago, and it quickly became a favorite (when I could find it.) When Vol I came out, I was quick to order several, one for me and others for gifts. I wasn't disappointed. Although the running time is short (IMO), what is there is great television. However, I'm disappointed with Vol II. There were a couple of repeat gags from Vol I, and several variations on a theme, which this show does a lot of. Overall, most of the gags in this volume fell flat for me. More grins than guffaws. Hoping vol III is a return to form....  Were Watching: Candid Camera $12.99 Loved the whole story line. I am a avid reader of paranormal and this is one of the best. You cant go wrong with this author.  Candid Camera: Greatest Moments $14.95 We absolutely love Candid Camera. This particular DVD is absolutely hilarious and we found ourselves laughing often at the antics. However, the Lord's name in vain is used several times throughout the DVD, which is sad. Had it been edited out (as a couple of the swear words were) then I would have easily rated this with five stars. |
