![]() Back Up Again $14.98 This CD is awsome!!!! What more can I say. I've heard his name, but never owned his music before. I will buy more from this artist. ![]() Brian McComas $13.98 I'm 100% sure that I heard and enjoyed '99.9% Sure' back when it was being played on country radio, but then again... well, at the time that it was popular, I wasn't that heavily into country radio and instead, well, was probably listening to sports talk, classic rock, rock or just about anything (since I have such ecclectic tastes). Anyway, as I talk about in part of the review that I wrote on Blue County I had the pleasure of getting to see a live show that included Brian McComas, his friend (and partner in the live show effort) Aaron Benward (of Blue County) and a another pair of talented gentleman (see my Blue County review for more information) and as soon as I heard 99.9% Sure being performed I was reminded of just how much I liked that song and, as with the Blue County album, off I went to buy at least that song if not the album that included it. While this album/ disc/ collection isn't quite the bargain that Blue County was, it is worth every penny of the purchase price. The songs on it are all very, very good, even if I don't recall hearing that many of them on country radio. The live show (again, see the Blue County review) that I happened to catch Brian McComas at impressed me enough with his performance to realize that he is a talented individual and his music was well worth digging up and giving some play time on my iPod and/or PC. Hopefully Brian McComas will find time to get back into the studio soon to produce a new album that is equally as pleasing as this one is. If so, I'm going to be much quicker at finding it and adding it to my collection. :-) ![]() Tiger Heart $2.99 It is painfully true that the script for Tiger Heart is horrible. In fact, it feels like there was no script and the movie was just thrown together. Having said that, you have to admire the amazing karate of T.J. Roberts. He had to be the best teen martial artist I remember. He had unbelievable moves. If he had been cast in the lead role in Karate Kid, the movie would have been more believable and an even bigger success. So if you're looking for Hamlet, skip this flick. If you want to see the little scrawney teen kick the cool guys butts, you'll love Tiger Heart |
