 The Movie Album Classical Pictures; John Bayless $16.98 Bayless is very versatile. He is the kind of player that is a master improviser and dances with his music dynamically. He's very creative and a virtuoso player. The only "critique" of this album I would say is the somewhat synthesized sounding drums and percussion which starts in the middle of some of the pieces.. To me it sounds kinda cheesy.. but this album was produced in the mid 90's and maybe that was more hip then. I like the music to be raw and as natural as possible. Other than that, it's excellent, super soothing and more inspiring than your average "relaxing" music. |
