![]() The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max $14.98 I love this dvd I started with level one for two weeks as recommended I am not really overweight I only have a few extra pounds but still at first I thought well this fat people on the video can do it I will be able easier WRONG they could resist more than me but as Bob says just relax keep at your own pace so I kept doing it losing my breath resting slowing down low impact. Now it's been two weeks I don't get to tired I started lever two it is kind of hard but I am doing it I have already lost the few extra pounds I had I am so glad besides that I feel very energized I just feel a new me. So I would def recommend this dvd and workout to anyone but remember nobody did it in one day so relax and do as much as you can little by little you will improve :) ![]() The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Weight Loss Yoga $14.98 This DVD came earlier than indicated from the supplier and in perfect condition. I will use this supplier again in the future. ![]() Are You Ready!: Take Charge, Lose Weight, Get in Shape, and Change Your Life Forever $14.95 The book was just okay. I didn't feel like it really had anything new and exciting to add to any other exercise/nutrition book/dvd already out. Most of it was pretty basic. I was hoping for more in the way of exercise routines but again fairly basic. ![]() The Biggest Loser Cookbook: More Than 125 Healthy, Delicious Recipes Adapted from NBC's Hit Show $21.95 I have try 2 recipes so far, and both have been good. The pecan chicken and the muscle-up meatballs. I purchased this book for my current and future healthy lifestyle...not because I am Obese. I figured it would be a perfect addition to making healthy meals and give me new ideas. |
