So I decided to look for a new bluetooth headset, as my old one was becoming harder and harder to hear and be heard. I did some looking around, and stopped here with the Plantronics 925. I read about it's features, thought the charging case was actually a cool concept, and figured since it was cheaper than my previous headset, why not give it a shot? It was a good decision. It doesn't use an ear loop at all, it just uses the friction of the soft gel earpiece sticking to your ear (Sounds much worse than it really is). Most of the time, I place it in my ear, and I forget about it, it's that light. My phone (A Samsung Propel) and the headset get along just fine. The charging case also functions as a multi-purpose device, keeping your headset nearby, and making sure it's fully charged. The case in itself can fully charge the headset twice on a single charge, let alone the headset has a long battery life in its own right. Enough technicalities though, most people will say "Well that's great and all... but how about functionality? How well can people hear you, and how well can you hear others?" I've always found phones to be really loud, and each caller has their own volume, so I end up messing with that a lot. Not with this headset though... It has enough volume levels on it to find the right level for everyone, and it's easy to change it. I haven't had anyone ask me to speak up, or that they can't hear me, or any other kind of response involving how I'm talking to them. M only real complaint with it, is that it only has two buttons, and way too many ways to do things with said two buttons. There's the call/answer function by pressing the bigger button, volume is the smaller button, then to check battery level you hold both buttons at the same time... There's many other features with this headset, but I listed the ones I usually use. Overall, my final verdict is that this is a great headset. It may take some time to get used to, but at it's original sale price of $140, there's better out there. I got it for around $70, which wasn't bad at all. Hopefully this helps on the deal maker or breaker.

Haven't received this item. Fedex says they delivered to the local post office, but post office says they don't have it.

It's okay....does what I need it to do. People say it sounds tinny when they are talking to me but I can hear everyone else clearly.
