Travolta just seemed to overact and you never get a feel as to what drives him in this film, no layers, no subtext, he's just a bad guy. Denzel who is usually so good, was very subdued, like he phoned this one in. And I wasn't buying James Gandolfini as the mayor. Throw in some unnecessary and unrealistic car crashes and you have a mess of a movie. ![]() Charlie Rose with Elizabeth Economy, Michael Green, Andrew Nathan & Andrea Koppel; Joseph Perella & Maria Bartiromo (April 20, 2006) $24.95 The Chinese leader is visiting the White House and guest host Andrea Koppel invites three China experts, Andrew Nathan, Michael Green and Elizabeth Economy to discuss U.S. - China relations, and the present Chinese regime's priorities. The rush to the Middle Class of three hundred million in the past ten years have left behind close to a billion who also aim to improve their standard of living. As for the U.S.- China relationship they point out that the Chinese leader did not as his wont release dissidents before an American visit.
