This video was SOOOOO helpful with learning yoga! I was skeptical at first, but it was worth ever penny for the disc. I love how the video was not shot in a studio, but instead on the beaches of Costa Rica...very soothing. I recommend it for beginners and even intermediate yoga users because the instructor was very descriptive in the lessons. Have fun!

I personally hate learning grammar in any language, but this book is thorough, simple, and includes lots of exercises to practice with as well as interesting readings scattered throughout and a great appendix section at the end. I'm using it for my reference from now on.

The book was great and arrived in a timely manner. Only I didn't know that it didn't come with the Atajo Cd which I also needed for my class and had to purchase separately. I buy or try to buy all my books on-line because I believe that the university's book store charges way too much money for their books. But in this case, I would have actually saved money had I purchased this set (book with cd) from the university's book store.
