I'm pretty sure I read somewhere on the box that this is "not for housewives." Screw that. I am an average/slim build and used this to get over a plateau. After one week I dropped a dress size from size 7 to a size 4/5. I'm not particularly sure how much weight I've lost as I've been trying to build a little bit of strength (muscle... getting back in shape after having a baby). I do not work out a lot, and I did not change my eating habits.

I normally do not consume caffeine and once I built up to two capsules twice per day I was up until 1 or 2am when I normally go to sleep by 11pm so I dropped the second "dose" entirely.

I have reached my goal after 10 days and plan to discontinue use after today... and I DID notice a bit of dizziness and nausea.

*note: During the use of this product I was also using a colon cleansing supplement which could have affected (increased) my weightloss.
