 Insiders' Guide to Anchorage and Southcentral Alaska: Including the Kenai Peninsula, Prince William Sound, and Denali National Park (Insiders' Guide Series) $16.95 I have the old version of the guide; a new one is being released in the summer of 2009 that may be more accurate. The guide was adequate, given its old age, but not spectacular. Like most guides, it is more optimistic about the quality of attractions, restaurants, and hotels than truthful. I would prefer a guide book that let's you know that some attractions are less exciting than others, so you know what is worth skipping. I ended up having to rely on the web to supplement the guide, using sites like tripadviser to find more complete information on each destination. If I had to do it again, I would have bought a guide that was more specific to the hiking and wilderness activities I was interested in, instead of this general guide.  Short Sharp Shocked $15.98 It disgusts me that music this good comes out of the festering orifice of this carpetmunching, libtard. Her support of leftist fascists (Pelosi, Ted "Killer" Kennedy, FeinSTEIN, & Barney "Phagg" Frank) who routinely deny others (moderates & conservatives) their right of freedom of speech leads me to endorse censorship of any political/social comments, lyrics or music marketed by this radical, domestic terrorist(ELF/PETA) lover. At one time I listened to the music emanating up to the street from her crooning & guitar playing on a subway platform in NYC's subway system on Manhattans Lower East Side in the mid to late 80's. I now wish some homeless, mentally deranged, minority, who off his court ordered meds had pushed her in front of a train. Feminazi's like this need to have their pants pulled down in public (figuratively) to expose their democracy hating ideologies. I'm not suprised she has embraced our current President, the Mulatto Marionette of The Liberal Left who occupies what has now become "Section 8" Federal Housing @ 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in D.C.  Nautica Anchorage Full/Queen Comforter $250.00 This comforter is of cheaper quality than the price dictates. Warning: DO NOT throw this comforter in the dryer to fluff it up! I did that under a regular heat setting and the insides melted...fire hazard! OK...maybe this is my fault, BUT...I have NEVER had this problem with any other comforter, cheap or expensive. This comforter looks nice but feels cheap. I've had Tommy comforters before and generic comforters with nice duvets before and I will NEVER buy another Nautica comforter again unless it is severely discounted...like 1/2 off. Cheap. Don't waste your money. |
