How an artist like Amanda can release an album this strong, then disappear is beyond me. What's more insulting is how this album sits in the Amazon Marketplace for under a dollar.

This is a strong pop/R&B album from start to finish. I suppose there can only be one Britney Spears, but that does not mean there aren't other artists that aren't writing material just as good, and even better. Just sample track 8 right now ("no pressure")... it has the emphatic Britney-esque stabs. Fans of all the female acts others mentioned in reviews will like Amanda, and even if you like Backstreet Boys or N'SYNC you should also enjoy this album. It's not about the fame, the proof is in the music.
