I bought this for my 12 year olds birthday. The first day the guitar worked for just a couple of minutes.
It is wireless so not much you can do. Called the company that it said to call and they want you to charge [...] to a credit card and they will ship you a new guitar and when they receive yours back they will issue credit at some point. Yeah right! Try to get that back and who says they will not just say they didnt receive it. I read where people all the time spends boo koos of time trying to get credits from something like this. Regardless of the note that says to not to return to the store. I am returning the entire bundle and making sure this is the last nintendo product I buy!!!
