I am not normally a fan of strict outline style review for going over subjects for finals. However, Agency/Partnership/LLC is one of those areas that are very rule based.

I purchased a competitors explanation book, and found myself relying solely on the Gilbert's outline. There are hardly as many cases to cite or case examples to know in Agency as there are in other areas of law. Knowing just the rules as laid out in this book helped me to know more than enough to do well on my exam.
