I contacted Flip Video customer service which offered a few suggestions on what the problem might be. Nothing fixed the problem and the camcorder no longer works. The company only warrants for 90 days after purchase. I gave it one star because I liked the idea of such a tiny camera and for how small it was, the picture was decent. I do think however that if you pay $200 for a product, it should work more than 9 months. |
