Both of the U.N. representatives speak against unconscionable delays on the part of the ruling junta in allowing foreign aid representatives in to do their vital work. Both Holmes and Sheeran then speak about the crisis situation for the world's one- billion poorest people created by the steep rise in commodity and food prices. In the second segment New York Teachers Union Representative Randi Weingarten speaks about the problems of Education in America.
