We figure we were going to buy one anyway, why not just get the one that comes with the tower? We are so gald we did! This is a quality chalkboard that works perfectly right out of the box- no 'seasoning' and sillyness like I have seen with others. Even the cheap chalk shows up well! Our little girl is very short, and she can reach it to draw. We have the chalkboard side out, and we placed a cup of Crayola pip squeek markers on the tower platform. When she gets tired of helping moma in the kitchen, she sits down and draws. It is nice that she can still use both sides of the easel. Is comes with a VERY STROMG magnet that sticks to both sides to hold paper. I have not tried it yet, but I can't imagine the paper could possibly slip out! It also came with a kit to hang it on the wall later on- bonus! My only complaint would be that it did not come with cups to go in the holes. I did find that the little metal pails in the cheapie section at Target fit well, but could not find a color that looked decent. I would buy this again in a heartbeat! |
